I suspect that nobody at retail has been allowed to buy a significant amount of 1’s in the past few months and likewise today no one was able to sell at 3.

Except for the market makers who are making 100%-200% profit.

You just need to ask yourself how many shares do the MM’s need to unload from their inventory. Has got to be billions.
