Basically it appears some one or some group, (more likely) Is transferring shares to themselves in order to control and lower the price. Happens all the time in the OTC. I personally know several traders who have used this technique in order to encourage selling when you are trying to load shares whithout running the price. The 6M share exchange was obviously pre-arranged.
I see this as bullish big time. This is a load and wait type of play. Certainly taking it's time. I am constantly somewhere in the bid side and adding shares each week. I still strongly believe 30 cent here is a no brainer.
