Can't wait to see the particulars. I hope the new "owners" LOL at that huge deferred comp plan Perry instituted for himself. I also hope they are better managers of share structure than he was. Who knows.

I cannot access any TX SOS docs to see what 4D "says" they even do. Minex in the name suggests something but who knows. The two contacts listed the web go to one Daniela G. who appears to have almost no resume. So I guess wait and see. Shareholders are used to that here.
