Yes it could be use for gallbladders which is a very high volume surgery. personally, I would opt for a talented Gen surgeon to do it standard lap without a robot and be out of there in 30 minutes and limit anesthesia time. Sure marketing for this procedure. But you made my point that this cannot be a standalone robot and would be the second robot purchased by a hospital which many small or medium hospitals would opt not to purchase and would be more likely to add additional multi-ports which can handle all of the indications.

Doesn’t history mean anything to anyone. You can’t just ignore the fact that with all of the access and clout that intuitive surgical has they have sold a minute amount of SP robots over the years. Why?? Because surgeons aren’t asking for them!! They will be better suited for outpatient ASC procedures.

Keep burying your head in the sand ignoring obvious facts …. including this company needs cash and longs are in this to make money and will be wiped out once again with a reverse split. If this tech is so great why can’t they raise money with any companies or large investors?? Hmmmm… because you can’t put lipstick on a pig
