Oh my, PM! I wonder why 'ol Sipp can't make a run on the hot air!
The "baggies" need to see a run to get some of their $$$ cha-ching back in their pockets. Unfortunate as it is, all that happens is they put their money in another losing position. OTC Roulette often takes more money than it pays out. It's just the nature of penny stock gambling.

OTC is a tough place to make money. it is not for the weak hearted.
I've lost some money and made big money. Big money is exhilarating. One has to be nimble on the in's and out's or it's greased monkey time.

We'll see if SIPP can attract some more money. It did a while ago when it went over a penny. Maybe so again. Or at least some are hopin'!
