Yes, very weird. Usually I find no more than 5 MMs quoting on low volume OTC tickers. Sometimes 6, but 8?? Very strange.

Could someone be purposely entering orders with the less common MMs like JANE and INTL??

Although I see both those MMs in the top 10 dollar volume so far today:
