Even odds they actually post the update tomorrow. They are not known for their punctuality. I'm not expecting anything earth shaking in the update. I suspect it's just going to be a revised version of the Jan 3 update with the milestones moved back. If there was news, we'd be seeing more trading volume by now.

I also suspect they won't say a word about FINRA or the audit getting rejected beyond "We're talking to them." And I would be amazed if they provided any explanation for the China Dryworld operating off-books. Transparency and communication hasn't exactly been a strong point.
