I am from Ornek Machine who is making the textile machine in Turkey. We are using nano tech paint for our machine to make thermal insulation and we are supplying this product from the Synavax. During our conversation lady, Ms. Francesca Crolley told us that if we transferred amount of the proforma invoice in a few days, they would ship our order urgently. So that we transferred full amount of the invoice to their formal bank account. This payment was done 1 year ago but we have not received our order yet. We tried to contact with Ms. Francesca Crolley many times and we have requested to refund of our payment but we have not got any result. And we are still waiting their answer so we need your help.
