Sharp has indicated in tweets multiple times he won't settle with Calasse.
Settling is best for shareholders.
He doesn't care about shareholders or how long it takes.
He cares about getting shafted by Calasse multiple times.
This last worthless appeal prevented the reverse merger.
He's out for blood now.
He still has two shells to play with.
WNFT will be on the back-burner until at least the end of the year.
If there is a "Hail Mary," it's getting enough whales to convince Sharp to offer some sort of settlement.
Especially if he does have a large nft company willing to merge into WNFT.
However, I doubt Sharps ego will allow that.
So, we wait.
Please tell me I'm wrong.
