Dilution out weighs profits .
Sgmd risk out weighs gains at this point .
I believe he has some form of operation but acquiring
40 percent of companies and can’t use profits makes no sense.
Not sure if it’s a scam bc he is still operating as a public company . SEC is well aware of jimmy and somehow he is still here !! Lol
Money is better spent on stocks like Curlf , Grwg
Tcnnf AGFY and UGRO . All less the 1 x sales .
Except Curlf . Bet on legalization before sgmd mircle now .

Stocks will be so cheap after earning that you can throw
Darts at it in august , September and make a Fortune .
Penny stock won’t move for at least 3 years .
Sgmd dilution out weigh profits by far until 640 is real
And even then has a long way to go since weed is so cheap
On the open market .

Airlines and growth stocks will be a buy in august not sgmd !!
Sgmd has its moments and now it Most most likely over .
Same story line after story line . At this point it’s a great write off for those with capital gains
