But one question I have for the I-Hub board is whether these clinical trials must be successful for Else to legally market their products for the baby market (ie FDA approval)? Or will having successful clinical trials merely provide a marketing advantage?
I've been assuming that successful clinical trials are a legal prerequisite since otherwise Else would already be marketing to the baby market.
Hopefully other posters may be able to clarify the situation, Thanks.
Else seems to be in an excellent niche, and I've been figuring at some point it might be an attractive acquisition target for a larger food company.
