If shareholders have there day in court and it’s found that damages are awarded and the NWS is illegal and must be undone etc etc.
Can the Gov appeal to SCOTUS ? Or which court would be next ? ( En Banc ) ? First then SCOTUS ? And timeline ?

Rop case, same question here if the court finds in favor of plaintiffs then the Gov appeals to which court and timeline?

Collins taking speak to SCOTUS. If there appeal is granted to SCOTUS then would it be scheduled in the next calendar eg: October 2022 to July 2023?
