Why is the BIG? would Dan want 600 million shares on the shelf is the discussion?? Plus, Blackrock reduced shares from over 13M shares to about 2.5M shares.... I want to share some of you information provided over the last few days. What comes to mind is "impressive" We alllll know there is a big push back to the proposed number of shares on the shelf. If we trust Dan, and hopefully we do, there's a benefit to ALLLL stockholders for having ammunition available ... Does it have a benefit in any negotiation strategy, acquisition, or partnership? At least for today - put yourself in Dan's shoes and you are working in the shareholder's best interest BOTTOM LINE SUPPORT the position .... Obviously, Dan wants ALLLLL shareholders to have a vote on everything he is doing and that what a GOOD CEO hopefully would do for his shareholders. Remember this there has been PLENTY of other companies recently shot down their reverse split proposal and it forced ALLLL shorts to cover, and the stock price soared. Hopefully the same thing is going to happens here. Vote NO on the reverse split proposal, and I think Dan is hoping we ALLLL vote NO too. Dan would have NEVER taken this JOB if he thought differently, Dan is NOT a fool and is a smart man ... GOOD LUCK LONGS
