Guys I need you to educate me about MSEM S8: I'm mostly a chartist, filings is not my thing: I was looking at this stock and saw that David has an S8 for 650,000 shares. Does that mean he is selling those shares in the open market? i.e. is S8 equivalent to dilution? How does this S8 work?

Anything I post is just my opinion
