PT formed a new mining company in February of this year.

Thank you to the Basher-in-Chief BadgerBob for finding the following information.

In February of this year, Paul Thompson formed a new company, "Wildcat Mining LLC", registered in Nevada.

The link below is to Thompson's Form D (filed with the SEC), Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities. Minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is USD $15,000.

Any of you fans of PT care to give the old man a call and chat a little?

Seems like very positive news for Mexus Gold (not).

And, if any of you, as you have claimed on numerous occasions, just pick up the phone periodically and have an honest and straight-forward chat with PT, when were you going to inform the rest of us poor sinners?
