Greetings... yes but we are still in that agreement to sell stock to them. The agreement is for a 36 month period. So it ends sometime in 2023. Very interesting how the floor price is 3 cents for them to buy elite stock. And elites stock has been at 3 cents for a very long time. Also with the bank loan maybe we will end the agreement with them. Here is a link for you to checkout on LPC. I think they are the ones behind the low stock price.
