The stock got ran up to .16 cents because when some custodianships transfer to a buyer of the shell, even though the buyer has no presented a business plan or a PR, money launderers with stolen Bitcoin etc come in and use that transfer as plausible deniability to launder their stolen funds through the stock, the more obscure the stock and silent the board the better, which is why those two other stocks have not seen a run up because there is more attention on those, the SEC etc doesn’t care or can’t do anything about it, the criminals likely are outside of their jurisdiction. Regular traders would do well to scour iHub for silent boards with weak seemingly non-substantial news or a shell no one cares about being sold, and then latch onto the run up to generate profits. I think this is why stocks that have multiple gaps continue to increase in SP as well, same reasoning.
