Over 5 million more in T trade at end of day. This is a brutally long had heavy dilution into a very low share price. I think we are close to 50 million diluted the last two weeks. That would be 25% of the 200 million shares allotted in the S-1. It has brought in just a bit of $100k.

Maybe they got into a bind that they thought they would have income or their PR would give the stock more of a boost and got caught not being able to make payroll?

Whatever it was this many shares at this price couldn't of been intentional, IF the next 10Q shows a very healthy rebound in income. If the next 10Q is like all the rest then it was intentional to get as much out as possible while we still believe what they tell us. I'm believing until the next 10Q. But if it is flat I will have no choice to conclude Chan is not honest and is manipulating us to keep us investing.
