This has happened many times to me and have no doubt others have this happen and is why I think there has been constant manipulation over the last year. I have an order at .141 all week and won't fill while orders above and below fill no problem. Seems strange to me but happens a lot. Im not blaming our incredible low prices entirely on possible manipulation but believe there is a hand holding this down, "thumb on the scale" so to speak. Im enjoying being able to buy down here so not really complaining so this is just a personal observation. The PPS is extremely undervalued in my opinion and time will prove me right . GLTA Longs.
