There must be something going on we don't know about yet. Maybe a deal with one of Halo's existing partners for Antares' auto-injector? It may make sense for SC Efga, for instance, and it would show the acquisition is creating synergy.

Maybe an upgrade with a very high PT?

The only news somewhat related to Halo I could find is from Cedars Sinai but it doesn't seem significant enough to justify this move:
