If Chile could sell all these useless time-wasting verbose inter-ministerial roadmaps this dumb cow minister poops out of her butt every week, then the country would finally have enough money to pay for the true tangential program this moron has devoted herself to which is to put all the under-qualified lesbos/dykes born of dues-paying commie parents into phony make-work fake jobs after these girls/its graduate from college and daddy wants them moved out of the house to start paying their own way in life.

The only thing Marcela Hernando is good for is yack-yack publicly junkets where she says nothing of consequence into the microphone, hiring leftist fat-cat parasite consultants to school her on basic mining engineering which she never bothered to study, forming busy-bee discussion groups involving all the hot-air wing-bag outcasts/throw-offs from a pre-Boric productive society, and whipping up more extraneous inter-ministerial roadmaps which are eventually all going to wind up being used for toilet paper.

This turd of a minister has produced not one single tangible mining program (or the outline charter for the National Lithium Company still) since she took office claiming she is powerless to act "intelligently" until she can see the new constitution after September 4... everything for her is on hold until September 5. She is useless and has been since March 11 on solving even the most basic pressing problems impacting Chile's mining industry. She contributes nothing to the greater good of Chile or Chile's GNP.

PS, have you noticed Gabby Boric hasn't stood with her in any publicly photographs for the last month? That is why she is adamant to be always standing next to a picture of him to try and make it look like she has his support in all these empty/hollow time-wasting roadmap signings.
