MKGP didn't file any info on closing

an asset acquisition for 02/01/2022

in a Subsequent Event clause in

their 1st quarter 2022 filing...


Now, silly me missed that...

Missing #2 being completed in recent

1st quarter, 2022 filing makes it much

easier for a short attack to be done

on MKGP to drive down share price...


Formal filing either way needs to be

done by MKGP until they get ahold

of enough money to pay off Sharp...


Shareholders with a clear description

of new asset ownership by correct

means, can live with seeing a debtor

paid off and that odor out of the wind,

resulting in a delay of property development...

Oil reserves don't spoil and start

smelling like an old debtor needing

payoff termination...
