As far as I can tell from info available to me, I see no proof of CMW having any significant criminole liability at this point. He might have, butt based on publik info it looks to me like he has successfully walked the tightrope in pennyscamming here and barring some currently unavailable evidence he wood bee hard to prosecute. He is a career investment/infestment grifter - he has practice in tightrope walking and walking away unscathed.
However, the Florida Felon is a different story and especially as he has a prior felony CONviction (if that is korreckt). He will draw flies and SEC/DOJ innerest if DaFacts are there to support charges. And if so he/she/it/them may flippty flopp and provide evidence and testimony against CMW if there is such evidence to trade in a plea deal.
And, in any case, if the Florida Felon did fall off DaTightrope in his pennypromtional communications, then at leased he/she/it/shit belongs back in DaHole (Federul prizzin).
I greatly enjoy hepping put pennypromoters and pennyscammers into DaHaus of Brokeass (Tom Huzella - LOCH/CDEX scam - bankrupted) or Fedrul prizzin (Benny Blankenship/DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY - NTEK) - as examples of my prey animules brought to DaFryingPan.
It is much, much work butt oh so rewarding. I gett a woodie when I see those names .(and others of the same ilk and kettle of fishes) on the USBOP Inmate Locator website and see the DaHoles into which they get incarcerated. And/or when I see their bankruptcy and tacks case(s) on PACER. Sumtimes one can use the IRS and tax avoidance/evasion to gett at sumone who walked DaTightrope butt did nott report taxes correctly - often gifted pennyscam shares for promo services for which the basis is zero and often go unreported or falsely reported with a fake cost basis (Tom Huzella - LOCH/CDEX - two lost IRS lawsuits and a bankruptcy and loss of his house in Delray Beach, FL). He now lives in an apartment in Alexandria, VA and most recently worked as a census taker).
Those are the servings of dessert for decades of following pennyscams and keeping detailed notes and screenprints/downloaded files and audio/videos of DaScamms.
On the recent NTEK caper, I provided five (5) redropes fulla documentation (much of it Bates stamped, annotated if needed, and tape-flagged (color-coded by issue) along wiff a detailed synopsis (with footnotes and citations to Bates stamped documentation in the redropes) starting back in 2015. This is how one needs to serve a pennyscammer upp to DaFeds; one basically needs to give them a prepackaged case if you wanna gett them innerested. Like most peeples, they claim to be understaffed and overworked, butt also like most peeple they are basically lazy and a quick win wiff minimal work on their part is a hard treat to refuse. Butt one needs to give them a rock-solid, precooked case or one will gett nowhere. Once you have street cred though, one can get a meeting wiff the same folks you served dessert last time as they are always hungry for free food and will cutt you a huss based on passed performance.
