But shareholders did not have the same information as the insiders!!


What information did insiders have that shareholders did not have? The EUA was likely a 50/50 proposition based on the publicly available information. Dale smartly took $60 million in gains. Obviously, Dale would not have sold $60 million in stock if he was confident that the EUA would be granted.
