Who knows.

My guess is that they brought her on to appease NASDAQ and get uplisted.

Since that doesnt look like it will happen she is probably not doing anything with the company.

This company needs to be purchased by someone else who will realize the value of the assets they own and run the company more profitably

that is our only chance of making some money back.
