$IMPP

I strongly advise everyone here to watch the Youtube video with our CEO from just 12 days ago. It starts at the 1hr 20min mark

Some things that I was not aware of.

IMPP has a Net Asset Valuation of between $1.50 - $2 and is trading at 1/4 that.

Oddly enough out of all the questions the interviewer asked, there was no mention of short interest or the reason why the CEO felt his stock was being short sold. In my opinion, that was one of the biggest mistakes by this interviewer.

IMPP is flush with cash and the CEO stated there will not be a need to do another Capital raise, as one was just performed one month ago - the proceeds of which are going towards the purchase of more tankers.

CEO stated that the current fleet has eight tankers with the goal of having 12 tankers within the next 5 months.

CEO stated he has not sold any of his shares and believes that anyone selling stock at the current levels are selling their shares at the bottom.

I was mostly impressed by the amount of cash they have on hand and the fact that they are utilizing that cash to purchase more tankers to build a solid core of 12 tankers by year end.

During the interview he stated that shareholders don't really understand the company and that there should be no reason why they should be upset. The last Capital raise was to shore up the balance sheet and provide additional funding to purchase more tankers to expand the fleet.

CEO stated that he has been in this business since I believe the year 2000 and that Imperial petroleum is only approximately 6 months old.

He mentioned that the share price went as high as $9 per share or thereabouts so why would anyone wish to sell stock way down here near the ultimate bottom.

He did mention that the share price of our stock appears to track the price of crude oil, which honestly makes no sense to me. Because it's sort of contradictory that he says his ships are running at 100% maximum capacity going back and forth back and forth and their margins are extremely high. I would imagine they get paid by the load and distance of shipping and not necessarily any correlation via the price of oil. Demand is extremely high for oil since the Russia Ukraine conflict and sanctions against Russia will continue for approximately 2 years in his opinion, therefore crude oil and byproducts from Russia will be prohibited and to a lesser extent from Venezuela.

Seeing as how this interview was just 12 days ago, the information is extremely fresh. CEO stated that q1 had a profit and that Q2, shareholders will be in for a very nice quarterly report reflecting a substantial increase in net revenue and profitability.

He does not really understand the frustration of shareholders and attributes that to the fact that most are short-term. His last comment to shareholders: "Buy the dip"

Keep on mind that starting TOMORROW we have FTD's that need to begin covering their positions. This could be the perfect storm for a short squeeze in combination with any type of news that another tanker is being purchased with cash on hand.

As far as the filing today, I already gave a very detailed accounting of what that was all about. This is a Re-Sale of common stock. They have to file this registration because they are a foreign entity trading on a United States Exchange.

There will be no increase in the OS because these shares are already part of our existing OS.

My take is that they know good news is coming and want to take advantage of the price appreciation when it does.

So I feel a little bit more confident in maintaining my position here and perhaps even increasing it over the coming days and weeks.

For those of you with accounts elsewhere, you can feel free to copy and paste what I wrote, hopefully giving me credit for my take on the interview.

There seems to be a whole hell of a lot of disgruntled shareholders and panic for absolutely no reason.
