Its going down. They’ve been at discussions for months now as they were certainly talking well before this 5/3 press release. They’ve been at discussions for sometime now and have kept the market abreast throughout the process. Even when the closing was set for 5/24 they updated the market about it and disclosed that they were negotiating an amendment to the agreement. This amendment was agreed upon on 6/10 and thereafter they told market with last weeks 8k that the deal was set to close on 6/30.

What do these developments reveal? That the deal is happening…count on it. When deals happen theres a progression just like what’s happening here. Anyone whose been following these developments can see that.

The coming run up is gonna be sweet…
