I don't think there's such a thing as coming out of a suspension "unscathed." That said, the jury is still out on what led to the suspension, could it have been avoided and what's Jim going to do to get this thing back on track. For my money, I think the management team has taken a rather cavalier attitude about many things including showing proof of share structure through the T/A, disclosing their third party vendor and lack of alacrity in producing financials. If we had concrete evidence of these few things, we wouldn't be worrying about attacks from short sellers. Now the SEC is involved, for whatever nefarious reasons, and this further sets back our forward progress. Instead of being indignant and playing the victim in this mess, Jim needs to come out swinging with all the means available to him.... starting with some clear answers.
