If the deal had actually closed on the 30th, they would have been crowing from the roof tops last Friday morning, if not then, then Tuesday morning. They’re trying to dump all the shares they can, until you all figure out the gigs up and the price collapses to 00’s, then the RS comes at the end of the month. Read their damn Q, they have NO money to buy anything!
