It is such an interesting circumstance here for this little company. They can ride out the process making mis-steps but chug along as they have been, or get a big pharma partner to help develop and market as quickly as possible (after the IDE) and to promote Isopet. Would this be a buyout then? maybe.

The first has a huge growth potential - which I have been hoping for, but will continue with mis-steps as the company grows. I do not know how it can do this without a big pharma partner or consultant. Bartering got rid of the past toxic debt, maybe it can be used again for consultation?

The partnership prospect would mean reduced potential individual profits but will guarantee a less bumpy/fluctuating road and growth under control.

Maybe I should change and want a buyout instead? Definitely will be more stable of an investment.
