Was fun while it lasted crowin, but I gotta agree with you that todays tweet was a bright red flag that the larger than life merger isn't complete as last weeks PR flat out stated...and may never complete now either.

Du Plooy knows exactly what he just stated and why too...as no new CEO would ever put out that kind of classic pos-land CEO handbook 101 bs, that was a serious businessman acutely aware of his fiduciary duties of a pubco right lol.
