Anyone wondering why the share price erosion has kicked in only needs to read this cryptic tweet from new mgmt to know he's pretty much publicly disseminated an out clause now sheesh lol.

Classic OTC CEO handbook 101 to throw this kinda shade on their own shareholder base on a deal they haven't even officially proved they've consummated despite claiming in last weeks PR that the merger is supposedly complete.

I know he's claimed the financials proof will arrive next month, but no-one with any OTC gambling experience can possibly interpret this tweet as anything other than a potential out clause now.

Not bashing, just calling a spade a spade as this tweet can be interpreted in no other manner. Doesn't mean they won't deliver proof that the merger will be official next month...but why even throw such cryptic bs out to begin with sigh>>>
