We are currently building 8 new homes in Cazador Phase 3 in the fast-growing Kuna community. Homes will be starting in the low $500's and will be completed mid-summer 2022. We will add an additional 5 homes in Cazador Phase 4 with competition expected early fall of 2022. The plat offers parks, walking and bikes paths that connect to a community pool and is close to new shopping and schools.
