The Company would like to thank all of our current shareholders for joining us as we continue to rebuild InCapta, Inc. As all investors should already know, no company controls their stock price; it is simply left to the strength and will of the market.

The underlined part above is not true when they dilute to the point of no bid. The PR also claims "Signed Letter of Intent to Acquire Quantix Golf" which was never mentioned again. Also from that PR "Great management works through fact, not fiction. As current management has done and will continue to do, we deliver on promises, not hype." What a joke INCT is!
