When billy exchanges shares with the next clown, he creates value by tricking existing shareholders that something good is “coming in”. Lol. Why would anyone exchange shares of anything of value to this pos with zero value? They wouldn’t. Think about it. But, existing baggies can pump the new gig in hope of making bank.
