IMO -It is important for investors to take a look at these 3 FACTORS RIGHT AWAY - as they truly matters when weighing the potential for a sustained run in the OTC. One should also look at previous tweets and company news - making it clear that they just went through a significant quiet period and it appears like a perfect storm is brewing when fundamentals and technicals collide and the stocks own validations can dramatically Increase the current pps.

If this CEO /Management is finally ready to reveal what’s under the hood at $SAPX and plans/direction for 2022-2023 after annual report - we might be blessed with movie and streaming media deals to go along with the movies already in production.

TWO MATERIAL EVENTS- that I just realized can be tied to this …
A- THE COMPANY has SECURED non dilutive non recourse FINANCING- in the millions. So they don’t have to sell DEBT or shares and hurt shareholders value!

B- the Company has secured STUDIO SPACE in both ATL and CALI I wonder why ? We’ve been waiting to find out.

WHAT WE HAVE CONFIRMED- via filings and the TA-

1- COMFIRMED ZERO DEBT and ZERO DILUTION - at all. Nothing.

2- SHARES HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED the last few months — BOTH THE A/S and get this … the OS also -
Has been significantly reduced by over 62%. That’s actually increasing shareholder value imo.

3- The company has been working on movies, music, documentaries, podcasts - and has clearly raised the capital already recently to do something PRETTY BIG

IMO- the share structure is so much smaller than it was the last time this ran to .008’s and when it broke .01+ pps ! And - now the stock company actually has value and substance with current filings - so it should be fun to see how this stock responds to high volume days if they do indeed come forward with significant shareholder updates.
