I'm not really stating an opinion on what I think is going to happen. It's just that I've been in this position countless times before and I know how it ends. You have a startup company that is in need of funding to the tune of over 1 billion dollars (to START off with). That means massive dilution if they intend on using equity as cash. It's the reason why the AS is going to be increased so that this CEO can fund operations and that's going to dilute the shit out of retail shareholders.

In a nutshell

The revolt and exodus will begin after one more news pump - but clearly Michery has his sights set on increasing the AS and purge shares into the open market.

Chants of "we are retail and we own the float" will fade to black as the PPS self adjusts and chart goes from the upper left to the lower right.

Right now, some are in denial but many are starting to see the light
