Good point.

Per the 8K, the warrants for the Paulson raise aren’t available until an increase in OS is authorized.

“…issuance of the warrants is subject to the approval by the Company’s stockholders of an increase in authorized shares of Common Stock”.

Yikes. CYDY has diluted shares that haven’t even been authorized yet.
