Ouch, 100,000,000 mixed shelf offering ... mixed signals. Could have bought under 90 cents and went down to 80 cents. Obviously the company needs money to produce new product line. Is it a buy at a dollar or will it go back to 80 cents. Glaf I dumped at 1.28.
