Our annual shareholder meeting is due up in August. We have to vote on rhis merger. From this excerpt::

Upon the closing of the Merger, the Company expects to issue approximately 74.3 million shares of the Company’s common stock to Tyme stockholders, assuming that Tyme net cash as of the closing of the Merger is approximately $60 million and Tyme stockholders are expected to receive approximately 0.4312 shares of the Company’s common stock for each share
