The Pump & Dump of All Time

This company is a shell risk, caveat emptor status stock with a past pump and dump and illegal increased authorized capital increase, haunting it.

1. Illegally increased the authorized capital from 5,000,000,000 to 10,000,000,0000 common shares in July of 2018;

2. Accomplished this by lying to the Secretary of State of Wyoming;

3. Lied to avoid shareholder vote, notice and approval;

4. Concealed increase in ALL OTC Disclosures;

5. Then used this illegally increased authorized capital to do one of the most blatant pump and dumps ever (March to May 2021).

7. Has to file a 15(c) 211 to get back to Pink Current status

8. WILL NEVER HAPPEN

9. No answers from the company, been Caveat Emptor since December 2021 (who did that).
