In my opinion the fed tightening and sec enforcement has been given stand down orders, allowing a lot of rug pool and subversive tactics. I've witnessed a lot of games that'll never be accounted for, as they continue to do the feds dirty work on choking the markets. Despite that, given the announcements on fragile x trial, and the lack of communications from corporate given solely to institutional investors, the shareholders here haven't been given a standard sop letter of updates etc. Just my take on the corporate operations. Not saying I'm right, just what I've assessed.
