Possible. Extremely unlikely, like about 98% against. Common shareholders are nothing to scam ceo's and even in a successful SEC indictment, common shareholders are less than the bottom. Usually the first group to be deemed worthless. Why corps are allowed to do this with penny stocks, I do not know. Very unfair. Whether you 'invested' 20 bucks or 200K.

Gambling in a sub penny unverified penny scam is not an 'investment'. Only the ceo, insiders and stock promoters say this. Been playing pennies for over 20 years and never once seen an actual class action suit by shareholders get past the lamenting stage. Surely in the thousands of scams, there must be one, but I've never seen one in my gambling times.
