Catch 22. How do you raise money when you only have unaudited filings?

Do you know exactly how much money, some call cash, they have on hand right now?

I think MONI is stone cold broke

If that is true, how to you launch yet another crypto gift card with no marketing dollars in a winter crypto market? Oh and no employees?
