Indictments - Empaneled Grand Jury Coming

One nice thing about having your co conspirators convicted for securities fraud, is that they immediately adopt the attitude of

"why do 10 when you can refer a friend"

You have 2 conspirators around this deal, who have already plead guilty, and are becoming the US Govt. little helper in identifying other co conspirators and fraudsters in this and a myriad of other pump and dumps.

Once Riccardo sees the light and decides that doing 20 years is the equivalent of a death sentence. He will give up the treasure map to the Bahamas, and the various shell IBC's he used to launder millions of dollars for him, and friends stock pump and dumps.

Watching for the hammer to drop on:

1. Lawyers - all 5 of them;

2. Transfer Agents - going to turn on legal opinions and the 4.1 1/2 debt legal opinion (You are smoked on this);

3. CPAs - retired and current;

4. Investors and Promoters.

All of you are all going to find a rude awakening in the very near future. You really didn't think you were going to get away with your illegal increase of authorized capital stock to then use those newly and illegally minted shares to fuel one of the most egregious stock pump and dumps ever.

If I was a stock promoter on this, I would be running to the US Attorney's office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, hoping to make a deal before the Presentence Investigation Reports are submitted to the Federal Judge for sentencing (July 15th, 2022).
