I am suggesting that a company going public while it is still in growth mode with a business model highly dependent on the price of highly volatile assets was potentially unadvisable.

Even worse for a "start up," as mONIquers refer to MEH Corp.

I have wondered all along why Ottaviani wasted money (how much is anyone's guess) to acquire an OTC company when he might better have invested that money (again, how much is anyone's guess) in building the bitgift "product" and getting it launched.
