convertible debt is not the only option of ensuring it fails. And why would they need to go into debt? Revenues are not the problem. If you read my past posts you will see that the problem is a rather simple one; of not disseminating their news correctly and/or not giving a damn about shareholders.

so AUNXF could be making $1B in revenues and share price can be trading at .0003. Management is still getting a paycheck so apparently there are no problems.
