Looks to me PCT may be conducting their new EOR tech outside the PCT umbrella.

What are the pieces of the pie everyone is getting?

Better double check if some people from PCT are participating privately, for personal benefit, maybe even consulting/advisory fees

Very secretive how ownership and revs and profits and royalties work.

More subsidiaries and JVs etc

Geez, even the failed UK ownership was shifted around to individuals I believe.. who knows what the real deal is??

No wonder the stock is dead!! Some already know the answer to the above
