Clearly the stock is at 4 pennies because of 8 years of manipulation !!!!!

Everyone and their brother are buying, topping off, adding before the next big thing, buying the cheapies AND NOBODY EVER SELLS ............

Elite is being controlled by The Manipulation Monster and drowned in the Perfect Storm of 2016 .............................................

2 cent per share was Boloney until it went there, In 2017 Elite would be on the Nasdaq "in couple years" until 2019/2020 when it was below a dime...... NasRat talked about getting Elite to Nasdaq "Organically" now he talks about a Reverse Split "IF" Elite can EVER get back to $0.15- $0.20 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
