Interesting comment. Perhaps you don't understand the PR recently released. Allow me to clarify.

In an extremely rare but highly beneficial circumstance, as of June 30th, $VSYM shareholders were essentially reverse split 500:1 into $USPS with the added bonus of retaining 100% of your currently held $VSYM Shares.

Per this event, $VSYM shareholdes were granted $600k worth of $USPS Shares
(9,246,000 $USPS Shares x .065)

So perhaps your comment would apply to $VSYM shares as they are not currently tradable, but does not apply the newly issued $USPS Shares.
